Accompanied viewings means we can use our expertise to help let your property. We’ll always provide you with details and feedback from each viewing. Our flexible working hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property.
As soon as a tenant makes an offer we will contact you to communicate full details and any special conditions to help you decide whether or not to accept. All offers are subject to satisfactory online references carried out by our partners Let Alliance who are independent specialists.
This document outlines the agreed responsibilities of both parties. It is important that both tenants and landlords take the time to read this carefully before signing. At Andrew Louis, we use an online signing system called SignatureSense for speed and efficiency.
We will carry out photographic inventory and Schedule Condition report on all our managed properties. A digital copy will be provided to the landlord and the tenant(s) to ensure both sides are satisfied.
We will arrange to collect the first month rent and deposit (unless our Nil Deposit Scheme is taken up). If the property is managed by us we will set up a standing order for the monthly rental and arrange the transfer of utilities and Council Tax.
Upon completion, keys will be released to the tenant on moving-in day.
For managed properties, we will provide the tenant with contact details of their dedicated Property Manager.
