Established in 1989 by brothers Louis and Dave. Our first office was opened on Derby Lane, Old Swan, where we began as a small letting agency determined to make our mark on the Liverpool Property Market by doing things differently.
Due to business expansion we relocated the business to 1 Stanley Street in Liverpool City Centre and branched out into the estate agency.
We opened up our second branch in Prescot Town Centre.
As a result of the continuous growth of the private rental sector we expanded into block management.
We rebranded and modernised the image of our business.
Our city office was refurbished into a contemporary cafe style environment.
Andrew Louis won the Your Move 'Best Estate Agency Award' and in the same year introduced the unique online portals for landlords.
We have worked through both booming and challenging markets and responded positively whatever the prevailing conditions. Following our success in Liverpool City and Prescot, in June 2013 we opened up our third branch in Old Swan.
Andrew Louis celebrated our 25th anniversary, launched our brand-new website and won the prestigious Your Move Award for 'Best Property Website'.

Our nineteenth-century Prescot office was repaired and restored to its former glory.
After 20 years of operating the city centre satellite office at 1 Stanley Street, we decided to move our front of house sales & lettings team to our Head Office in Old Swan.

The Homesure Group acquired Andrew Louis to allow Louis to retire after a long, hard-fought career. Nicholas Stott & Mark Loughnane step in as the new Board of Directors as they look to broaden the service offerings of the entire Homesure Group by growing the Andrew Louis brand on the back of its long, 33-year history.
