Liverpool’s city-wide selective licensing scheme is up for renewal, and with a council consultation ending later this month now is the time to make sure you have your say.

City-wide selective licensing was introduced in Liverpool on 1st April 2015. The scheme will end on 31st March 2020, and Liverpool City Council is planning to continue with the licensing of all privately rented properties in the city.
